Lemon Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup shortening1/4 cup milk1 egg1 cup white sugar1 teaspoon almond extract1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Cream shortening, milk, egg, vanilla, sugar, almond extract, and lemon zest together. Add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Chill dough in refrigerator for 4 hours. You can either drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, or roll into balls, dip in sugar and then press onto cookies sheet. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until light brown around the edges.
