Shrimp & Okra Gumbo

Ingredients
3 oz. Raw Shrimp (peeled & deveined)1 cup Raw Sliced Okra2 tbs Canola Oil1/2 cup Raw Onions (chopped)1 cup Water1/2 tsp Salt1 tbsp Black Pepper (ground)
Directions
Saute okra in cooking oil till tender being careful not to scorch okra. Add onions and cook till wilted, add water salt and pepper and bring to a slow boil for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to cook until shrimp are tender. Total cook time will be about 1 hour. Serve over rice.
