Avocado Mango salsa

Ingredients
equal parts chopped avocado and mangofor this recipe I used 1 cup of each1 jalapeno pepper sliced, remove seeds and veins if you don't want it too spicy1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp ginger1/4 tsp wasabi powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes so the flavours combine. Serve with fish or chicken.

Makes 4, quarter cup servings.

This gets tastier as it sits in the fridge :)
