Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb crabmeat - shredded1 1/2 tbsp dry bread crumbs2 teaspoons chopped parsleysalt & pepper to tast1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 1/2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise1/2 tsp ground dry mustard1 dash hot pepper saucepinch Old Bay seasoning
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form into patties and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Prepare in not skillet with olive oil, 4 minutes each side.

Yield: 4 cakes

    This was GREAT recipie and easy to make. Taste was very good. Scrambled an egg and had a high protein dinner. two thumbs up. Didnt have the dry mustard and still was Great. Will surely make again. - 10/24/11
