Spanish omelette

Ingredients
6 eggs3 med potato chopped 1cm cubes3 Tbl oil 1 onion chopped1 tsp salt50 ml milk3 cloves of garlic
Directions
Chop potatoes into 1cm cubes, no need to peel. Chop onion and add with potato to a frying pay with the oil and garlic. Fry untill potato is soft-10 to 15 min. whisk the egg with the salt and milk then add to the pan. cook slowly untill omelette is cooked on the bottom and then finish cooking the top under the grill.
this makes 8 lunch servings or side servings or 4 dinner size meals.
