Corn & Potato with egg curry

Ingredients
1. Olive oil or vegetable oil (optional) (2 tsp)2. Onion raw, 1 small (slice)3. Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) (cut from ear to become pieces)4.Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (cut into small pieces)5. Salt, 0.5 tsp 6. Egg, fresh, 1 medium 7. Water, tap, 350 mL (remove)
Directions
Firstly, put oil in the frying pan. When it's hot, put onion and fry a little. Then put pottato and corn and salt. And then stir for a while. Then add egg in stirl again. Finally put water and cover with lid. Cook until all the water is empty.
Then prepare on the plate.
