13.25 oz pkg Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna24 oz jar Clssico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce16 oz pkg Great Value Cut Leaf Spinach, thawed and drained24 oz pkg Great Value Fat Free CottageCheese15 oz pkg Great Value Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced2 Cups Red Onion, chopped2 Cloves Minced Garlic
Bring water to a rapid boil. Boil Lasagna untill slightly aldente. Saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil. In a large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, egg whites, spinach and the sauted onions and mushroom mix. When pasta is ready layer in the following order: Pasta, Cheese Mix, Pasta, Sauce. Bake on 350 for aprox 45 minutes.

Very good, my husband and I both loved it. Next time, I would use less spinach and more sauce but overall the receipe was great! - 8/4/09

To keep sodium low you could try mixing in plain tomato sauce witha an extra clove of garlic, rather than the Classico. Many of the pre packaged sauces have a lot of added sodium.
