Chicken Marsala in Cream Sauce

4 Tbls butter1 medium onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 cup of mushrooms, sliced2 Tbls parsley, minced1 clove garlic, smashed or cut finely1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 cup chicken broth1/2 water1/3 cup marsala wine1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup water if sauce is desired1/2 cup flour1-12 lbs of chicken breast, without skin
1. Melt butter and heat in a heavy skillet. Brown chicken until even on all sides.
2. Blend all vegetables with seasonings and chicken stock. Add to chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes
3. Turn chicken; add water and wine. Cover and cook until chicken is tender, about 30 minutes. Turn once or twice during cooking. Remove chicken to heated platter.
4. Add cream and water to skillet and cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until sauce is smooth and well blended. Stir constantly.
5. Add chicken and serve.
