Ingredients
One whole wheat tortilla 6- 10 inches in diameter2 tablespoons of Bean dip( Fritos)3 oz of grilled chicen strips2 tablespoons reduced fat sour creamfew leavs of lettuce
Directions
Take a tortilla and lay flat on plate.

Spread beans on with spoon

Spread grilled chicken evenly over beans

Addsour cream and spread evenly

top with lettuce and wrap up like a burrito
and enjoy!!
