Ishbu's Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
1 small steak (about the size of your palm(1/2 block of tofu1 bunch broccoli, trimed *about 3 cups florets(1 cup bell pepper strips, any color (or mix! it\s pretty)1/2 cup red onion, sliced thin1 packet spicy szechuan stir fry sauce2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp sugar1/4 water1 tsp vegetable oil (for the pan)
Directions
Mix your szechuan sauce per package directions in a small bowl. Cut your steak into strips or cubes and add to bowl to marinate.
Lightly spray a heavy saute pan with cooking spray or oil and hea over medium.
Layer in meat, tofu, and vegetables. Toss a little and cover. Check periodically, and if your sauce starts to dry up, add another 1/4 cup of water, toss, and cover agan.
Continue cooking until broccol begins to soften a little, about 10 minutes.

Makes about 3-4 servings on its own, or 5-6 served over rice or noodles.
