Quick and Dirty Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 cups rice1 8-oz can no salt added tomato sauce1 10-oz can RoTel diced tomatoes and green chiles with lime juice and cilantrowater
Directions
(I use a rice steamer so if you cook this in a regular cooking pot you will probably need to double the water.)
Place rice, tomato sauce, and RoTel in the rice steamer. Fill both cans with water and add (this rinses out the remaining contents of the cans). Add 1 to 1 1/4 cups more water. Stir to mix ingredients. Steam on high, stirring occasionally, 25-30 minutes or until rice is fluffy and liquid is absorbed. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
