5 leg quarters4 oz chipotle tomato salsa1 cup chopped onions1 tbs canola oil1 tsp salt
Directions
Boil chicken.
drain then shred.
add oil to pan. stir fry chipotle peppers and onion. add chicken.
cover and simmer for 10 min.
