1 1/4 cups all purpose flour1 Cup sugar1/2 cup Baking Cocoa1/4 Cup Cornstarch1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp salt4 egg whites1 Cup Water1/2 Cup Corn Syrup2 tsp Powdered Sugar
In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk eggs whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar
