Ingredients
Blend egg and egg whites in blender with yogert and flax and bran . Add blueberies and spices with splenda, blend again. Let mixture sit for 5 to 10 mins to thicken, Bake on hot griddle like pancakesor bake in glass dish for 40 mins in med oven 325*, test center. Maindish for a meal is 1/2 of recipe. snack would be 1/4 recipe.Serve with additional blueberries and sugar free cool whip, or syrup if your choice...they are great just plain.
