Ingredients
1 cup water (warm)2/3 cup sourdough starter1 1/2 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup honey3 3/4 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt2 1/2 tsp yeast
Directions
Add all liquid ingredients into the bottom of your bread machine. Put flour on top of wet ingredients and add salt and yeast following manufactors instructions. Select grain cycle and hit start.

    Well, I don't have a bread machine so I made this by hand and it was great! So much flavor and great texture. If anyone else wants to to try making it like me, I kneaded it and let rise 2 hrs then baked at 350 for about 30 minutes. - 2/18/10

    Bread machine - whole wheat cycle, 2 lb loaf, light crust. Made my own sour dough starter: 2 cups, whole wheat, 2 cups water, 1 Tbsp bread machine yeast. The bread was very delicious - light and sweet; however, I did not think it had any sourdough taste to it. Perhaps I need a different starter. - 3/11/11
