Kelly's Mexican Rice

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup 1 can chopped tomatoesSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.5 cup1 small can diced green chili peppersGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 1 small choppedOlive Oil, 1 tbspChili powder, 1.5 tsp Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are translucent. Add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for approx 20 min. I use a skillet with a tight fitting lid.
