Val's Homemade Granola

Ingredients
8 cups large flake or old fashioned oats1 cup coconut1/4 cup sesame seeds1 cup raw sunflower seeds unsalted1 cup sliced or slivered almonds 1 cup dried fruit1/2 cup of honey 3/4 cup of water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together omitting fruit.
Heat the honey with 3/4 cup of water or apple juice and pour o ver dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Roast in 350 degree oven for 30 min or stirring every 10 minutes.
Let cool and add dried fruit. I like cranberries, but any dried fruit works well.
Serving size is 1/2 cup.
