Creamy Chicken Ravoli Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1/4 chopped onion1/4 chopped celery1/4 chopped carrots1.5 cup chopped rotesserie chicken1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup2 32 oz container of chicken broth1 jar of ragu alfredo sauce1// bag of round cheese ravoli
Directions
This will make about 11 cups of soup

Saute your onion, carrot, and celery until soft and clear
Add chicken to sauteed veggies
add chicken broth
add cream of chick soup
add alfredo
add cheese ravoli

Stir together and bring to a boil
Redcue heat and simmer for an 1 hr to 45 minutes

    This was such a good soup recipe. I used Classico Four Cheese Alfredo instead of Ragu because it is my preference and lower calories. My husband loved this soup. I was worried it wouldn't have enough taste, boy was I wrong. - 1/30/10
