Mexican crock pot chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lb chicken breast (I use frozen)1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 can sweet corn1 large jar salsa1/2 block reduced fat cream cheese optional
Directions
put everything in a crock pot and cook on high for at least 4 hours. top with cream cheese and stir to help it melt throughout.
