Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 120 grams (remove)arborio rice, 100 gram(s) (remove)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)Bacon, 25 grams (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 packet (6 fl oz prepared) (remove)Season with paprika, garlic, onion powder, basil
Directions
Put all ingredients into pressure cooker and ensure half filled with water. Heat to pressure and then time for 10 minutes.

    Used precooked bacon, chicken breast, filled to half with broth, not water. Didn't say how much of each spice to use, so I guessed and it came out a little bland, so I might add more seasonings next time, also would be good with a can of diced tomatoes. (Sliced the onions into rings.) - 9/16/09
