Southwestern Turkey Sausage Crockpot Delight

Ingredients
Turkey sausage (2 big links)1 cup rice, uncooked1 can black beans (using seasoned ones adds flavor but also sodium)Half a white onion1 can cajun flavored veggies2 cups mixed veggies
Directions
Put the turkey sausage, beans, canned veggies, frozen veggies, and chopped onions in the crockpot on high. A few hours later, add the rice and 3 cups of water. Let cook for 6 hours on high.

Calorie count for the entire meal is about 1620. We eat this in 3 servings but if you're not as hungry you could easily split it into 4 or even 5 (especially if you add extra veggies).
