Turkey Thighs with Zesty Italian Dressing

White Wine, 4 fl ozOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Kraft Zesty Fat Free Italian Dressing, 4 tbspGarlic, 2 cloveTurkey (dark meat), 2.75 unit yield from 1 lb ready-to-cooksalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread onions in a single layer on the bottom of glass baking pan.
Set turkey thighs on top of onions. Pour white wine over top. Rub garlic under skin. Pour dressing over the turkey thighs, turning thighs to make sure that they are covered on all sides.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover pan with foil.
Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let "rest" 10 minutes before serving.
