Easy Chicken and Rice Dish!

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts cut up into cubes (salt and peppered)1/2 Cup White Rice1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Can Water1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Salt and Pepper Chicken and cut into cubes. Place in the bottom of a "non-stick sprayed" casserole dish (9x13). Sprinkle the rice over the top of the chicken evenly throughout the pan. Sprinkle the dry onion soup on top of the rice and chicken. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and the water and pour over the chicken, rice and onion soup mixture.

Cook at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughly.
