Tomato Pie

Ingredients
3 - 4 medium ripe tomatoes1 cup mozarella cheese, grated1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 cup mayonaise1/2 tsp red pepper (or to taste)black pepper to taste, fresh ground2 tbls basil, chopped fresh
Directions
Bake pie crust in 400 deg. for 5 minutes. Slice tomatoes sort of thick. Once pie crust is cooked, let cool for 5 minutes. Put tomatoes at bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle basil on top tomatoes. Mix cheeses, mayo, 1/2 tsp red pepper and black pepper to taste in seperate bowl. Once mixed well, use spoon to put mixture on top of tomoatoes. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes. serve warm
