Blueberry Banana French Toast

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup blueberries (save half for next day)1 sliced banana (save half for next day)1/4 cup skim milkabout 1/8 tsp salt2 pkgs. Splenda or other2 slices whole wheat light breadlight pancake syrup
Directions
Beat egg, milk, Splenda, salt and vanilla together in a shallow bowl. Soak 1 slice bread at a time for a few minutes until bread is saturated with egg mixture. While that is soaking, spray a skillet with Pam and heat Put bread in pan and top with half the blueberries and banana. Brown on both sides. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon syrup. (You may choose to add fresh blueberries and banana instead of cooking them with the toast. I usually save the rest of the egg mixture and cook the other piece of toast fhe next day so it will be fresh.)
