Baked Costa Rican-Style Tilapia with Pineapples, Black Beans, and Rice

Ingredients
1c white rice2c chicken broth 1/4c orange juice1 lime juiced2tb olive oil1/4 c chopped cilantro2 cloves minced garlic1 tps sugarsalt to tastepepper to taste4 tilapia fillets1c salsa1 can black beans drained1c pineapple chopped2 limes sliced
Directions
Cook rice in chicken broth.
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix orange juice, juice from 1 lime, oil 2 tbls cilantro, garlic and sugar, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade tilapia in marinade for 20 min, in refridgerator.
Stir together rice, salsa, beans, pineapple and remaining 2 tbls cilantro in a 2 or 3 qt baking dish.
Place tilapia on top of rice slice lime place on top of tilapia,
Cook in oven for 25 to 30 min.
