Greek salad olive oil dressing

1/3 cup olive oil1 tsp. lemon zest1/2 tsp. dried oregano (or) 1 tsp. fresh oregano2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice1-1/2 tbsp. white or red wine vinegar1/4 tsp. garlic salt1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Toss with salad ingredients just before serving; top with feta cheese, or include in the toss, according to preference.
