Banana Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)*Skim Milk, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Pecans, 25 grams
Directions
Peel and freeze chopped up bananas, put it all but pecans in a food processor, work until white and fluffy. Add pecans and pulse a few times to blend them in. Put into serving bowls and freeze until dessert time.

    This is so yummy! The only thing I did different was instead of the vanilla flavor I put a tsp of banana foster flavor. I love this because I have always been such an ice cream addict and this certainly satisfies that craving. Plus it is super easy to make. Thank you for sharing! - 7/31/11

    Tried this with Almond milk, and added 1 tsp of Knox gelatin - sprinkle over milk and let set until dissolved. Adds greatly to creaminess but no longer vegetarian. - 7/12/11
