Rotini with Shrimp Zucchini and Feta

1 12 oz box whole wheat Rotini2 TBSP Olive Oil12 oz medium frozen shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked2-3 cloves garlic, slivered2 med zucchini halved and sliced thick1 red bell pepper cut in to thin strips1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes, drained (or 2 fresh, diced)1/2 c water1 TBSP fresh dill1/4 light sour cream (or plain yogurt)4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
cook pasta according to package
heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 min until done; remove and hold warm
Add garlic, zucchini and pepper, cook and stir until tender
Add tomatoes, water, and dill
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 min
Remove frm heat, stir in sour cream and feta
Add shrimp and pasta, mix well and serve immediately
