Dirty Saffron Rice

Ingredients
3/4 pound ground turkey1 green pepper, diced (about 1 cup)1 c. chopped celery1 c. chopped onion3 1/3 c. chicken broth2 - 5 oz packages saffron rice3 cloves of garlic, minced4 tsp. bacon drippings1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. paprika
Directions
Cook saffron rice in chicken broth according to package instructions. Saute vegetables and minced garlic in 2 tsp. of bacon grease. Set aside. Brown ground turkey in remaining bacon grease, with spices. Mix 3 cups of cooked rice with turkey and vegetables. Serve hot.
