I have this same recipe. Cut soft butter into flour and powdered sugar. Press into pan and combine other ingredients in another bowl and mix. Pour over crust and bake. Simple as that! I like to bake my crust first, then put lemon filling on and bake some more.You don't want to over bake these. - 3/14/12
