Spinach Namul

Ingredients

1lb Spinach1 Clove of Garlic2 tbsps sesame oil1/2 tsp salt4 tsps soy sauce4 tsps roasted sesame
Preparation:
Wash the spinach, blanch it in salted water, and cool it in a mixing bowl full of cold water. Squeeze the excess water out of the cooled spinach. Cut the spinach into pieces 1 1/2 inches long.
Peel and chop garlic
Cooking:
Put the pan over moderate heat and pour in the sesame oil.
Add the garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add the spinach and saute.
Add the salt and soy sauce
Add in the roasted sesame when spinach is coated with the oil and seasoning.
And its ready to eat :)
