Lettuce Wraps Beef & Tofu

Canola Oil, Sesame OilScallions, Ginger, Straw Mushrooms, Water Chestnuts, ScallionsStir Fry Beef, Extra Firm TofuChili Garlic Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sherry, Soy Sauce
Directions
Makes 10 Lettuce WrapsAdd 2 Tsp Canola oil heat add 4 scallion bottom part only and saute, reserve tops for later, with 2 tsp ginger (peeled and mined).  Take tofu and blot with paper towels, to remove moisture.  Then cut into cubes about the same size as your beef.  When scallion mixture is soft add beef and tofu cook until meat is brown.  Add to a bowl 1/2 TBL chilic garlic sauce, 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 3 TBL soy sauce, 1/4 c hoisin sauce, 2 TBL rice vinegar, 2 TBL dry sherry wisk mixture together and then poor over browned meat.  While that simmers chop up straw mushrooms and chestnuts add to mixture when mixture has cooked throughly and you are ready to serve add the scallion tops.
