Coleslaw No Salt or Oil

Ingredients
9 oz. cabbage, shredded2 oz. onion, sliced thin4 oz. carrots, shredded¼ c. balsamic vinegar¼ c. cider vinegar4 package splenda1 tsp. dry mustard2 tsp. dill weed⅛ c. hot water
Directions
Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
In another bowl mix the mustard, splenda and water until they are dissolved.
Mix that in with the vinegars and dill.
Add to the vegetables.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
