*Flour, white, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspSalt, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 medium Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Apples, fresh, 1 small dicedWalnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) chopped*Corn Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
mixe all ingreedients and then spoon on heated flat pan
when bubbles form around the edges turn cook 2-3 more minutes. serve with maple syrup and fruit bowl.
