4 ounces baked boneless skinless chicken breast1/2 slice provolone cheese or substiute for reduced fat cheese of your choice2 slices rye or wheat bread4 tbsp. Central Market tomato bruchetta
Use left over boneless skinless chicken for a quick lunch.
Microwave provolone cheese over cooked chicken breast for 30 seconds while rye (or wheat bread) is toasting. Top with room temp. jarred tomato bruchetta. Yummy & filling.
