6 Garlic cloves, peeled and halved8 Small Turnips, washed well and quartered4 Medium Kohlrabi, peeled and cut in large chunks5 Medium Beets, washed well and cut in large chunks4 Medium Onions, cut in quarters8 Medium Potatoes, cut in large chunks5 Medium Carrots, cut in large chunks1/3 Cup Olive Oil1 Tbsp Sea Salt1 Tbsp Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
