Garlic-Cilantro Squash

Ingredients
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro 1-1/2 teaspoons water1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and olive oil1/8 teaspoon salt1 clove garlic, crushed 4 small yellow squash, cut in half
Directions

Combine cilantro, water, lemon juice, oil, salt & garlic in bowl. Brush cut surfaces with half of cilantro mixture. Place on grill over medium-hot coals. Place squash halves, cut side down, on rack & cook 3 minutes. Turn squash; brush with remaining cilantro mixture; cook until tender. Serves 4.
