Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4oz each)8 TBSP of Ken's Lite Honey Mustard 1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Onion powder4 Sunbeam lite Wheat Hamburger bunsSpray PamYou can add an Onion to this if you would like or peppers
Directions
I boil my chicken for 20 mins. Then I trim my Chicken and cut into strips. Spray frying pan with pam spray and put cut up chicken in pan and brown a little bit. Then I add honey mustard while chicken is in pan the divide into 4 servings and serve on wheat buns.
