Ingredients
1 tbs olive oilmedium onion1 clove garlic1 cup carrots1 cup green beans.5 cup corn.5 cup peas3 chicken bullion.5 cup crushed tomatoes5 cups water1 tsp each oregano and basil
Directions
cook onion in oil until transparent. add garlis for one minute. add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Fixed this today for lunch. I did not add the tomatoes, I added 1 can of dark kidney beans rinsed and drained. I also added 2 stalks of celery. Had this w/ crusty Italian bread - 11/13/20
