Low fat Lemon poppy seed bread

Ingredients
6 egg whites (1 c. liquid egg white)1/4 c. water2 Tbsp. soft margarine1 c. fat free yogurt1 box lemon cake mix (I used Pilsbury)1 Tbsp poppy seed
Directions
Mix ingredients in a mixer like you would a cake. Pour into 2 small bread pans. Bake 350 degrees for 40 min. Remove when cooled.
You may add an icing made from 1/2 c. powdered sugar mixed with the juice of a lemon. This is not calculated in the recipe in order to keep it lower in calories.

I cut each loaf into 8 slices (16 total) Freezes well....
