Lasagna Mamma Style

Ingredients
1 tall container of cottage cheese4 cups of mozzarella cheese9 Lasagna noodles1 container of Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce15 Tbsp Parmesan cheese(as desired)1 pound ground turkey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown 1 pound of ground turkey. Boil noodles till tender( don't cook all the way). In large bowl mix, spaghetti sauce, ground turkey, and cottage cheese.
In 3 layers:
3 noodles, spaghettie sauce mix, mozzarella cheese, then parmesan. Repeat two more times.

Cook for 55 minutes in 13 x 9 pan, ungreased.

    Easy to make. I used the oven-ready no-boil noodles and it seemed to work out fine too. I think you could probably get by with a little less mozzarella, but it tasted really good. - 7/31/09
