Easy Lime Jello Cheesecake

Ingredients
Jello Sugar Free LimeGraham Crackers, 4 Sheets Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1.5 cup Non fat Margarine Spread, 2 tbsp2 Tab lime juice2 packet splenda
Directions
Place graham crackers into blender and pulse until powdery. Mix margarine, 1 packet splenda and crackers together pressing into pie plate set aside.

Add 1/2 cup boiling water to package of jello and stir until jello is dissolved.

Add 1/2 cup cold water.

Put the cottage cheese, lime juice, 1 packet of splenda and jello into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into the pie shell.

Refridgerate until set.

Add Cool Whip or whipped cream, if desired.

Serves 6
