Bob's High Fiber Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bran1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill Wheat Flour 1/2 cup raisins1 tsp baking powder1 tsp soda3/4 cup milk1/2 cup molasses or honey2 Tbsp Oil1 Egg, beaten1/2 applesauce (optional)1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Stir together: bran, flour, soda, & baking powder. Then stir in raisins & set aside. Blend milk, molasses, oil, & egg. Add to dry ingredients and stir JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake in preheated 400 oven for 15 minutes or until muffins pull away from sides of cups.
