    Very unique and tasty. I noticed cooking the pancakes as much as you could without burning them made them taste more oatmeal-ly and more firm. If you don't cook them enough the insides are squishy and the oatmeal is just soggy. They were delicious and I can't wait to make them again! - 8/9/09
