Hummus - Garlic Organic

Ingredients
Eden Organic Chickpeas - one can1/3 cup Tahinijuice of 1 small lemon3 cloves garlic (to taste)1 tbsp organic garlic powder 1 tbsp olive oilwater as neededYou will need an immersion blender or food processor.
Directions
Soak chickpeas in water for five minutes to rinse them clean. In a large, high-sided bowl (or in processor), add tahini and lemon juice to chickpeas. Pulse a few times, add in olive oil and garlic powder. Continue to pulse, add in a few tbsp of water at a time and the garlic cloves. Continue blending until it reaches desired consistency.

Allow hummus to chill for a half hour for flavors to settle in.
