Slow Cooker Chicken Taco filling

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup onion, chopped1 cup salsa 1/3 c tomato sauce1 1/3 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp garlic1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp pepper3/4 tsp paprika1/4 c water1 tsp salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. cook on low for 4-5 hours. Shred. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.

Serve on tortillas

    Haven't tried this...but if you want an even easier option -- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, two cans of rotel tomatoes (or other brand diced tomatoes with chillies) and 1 package of taco seasoning (MSG free). You can also add corn and black beans near the end of cooking. Tacos, nachos, etc. - 1/29/10

    My family LOVED it. Will definitely make over and over. I think it made more than 10 servings. I would re-figure with 14- 1/2 cup servings. - 9/9/09
