Ingredients
Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cupmyoplex whey protein (chocolate or vanilla), 1 serving Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Banana, fresh, 56 gramsEgg white, 2 serving
Directions
step1
mix all ingredients in a blender

pour mixture onto a non stick pan coated with cooking spray and cook as if they were pancakes.
add whatever u would normally put on ur pancakes. i prefer light maple syrup.
