Ingredients
One pound Pot RoastBeef BrothOnion soup mix3 medium carrots cut into chunksone large onion choppedabout half a pound of new potatos cutabout one cup celery cut
Directions
Stab Pot Roast with knife or fork to tenderize
cut up carrots, onion, potatos and celery to the size you like them
put Roast, veggies into crock pot
put in beef broth to cover roast and add soup mix
slow cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours or until roast is done
Serves about 5

    Water down the broth maybe half broth half water....it still gives the flavor and cuts down the salt...also use pot roast seasoning mix.....that should do the trick
