Homemade Plum Jam

Ingredients
4 lbs fresh plums pitted and chopped1 packet (12.5 tsp) Ball no sugar needed pectin.25 c sugar2 cups water
Directions
In a large pot cook 4 pounds of chopped pitted plums with 2 cups water. Add pectin and sugar and simmer about half an hour. Put in sterile mason jars and seal.
Makes 3.5 pints of jam (or 112 tbsp).
